Regulations and Assessments

The services we provide are regulated and inspected by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

CQC Reports

Our high dependency service for children and young people with additional medical needs is supported by a 24-hour nursing team. This service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).  The first and most recent report took place in September 2016 and praised the way that “care was personalised with each child and young person having their own individual timetable." Families views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their child's care. The report also highlighted the range of on-site accommodation for families to ensure that they could be closely involved with their child's care. We are continuously striving to improve our services, and steps have already been taken to ensure that areas that require improvement are addressed. Read the latest CQC report here.
